As a corporate ticket management company we do lots of ticket sourcing and resell. When we consign tickets,
we are able to list on multiple platforms and monitor the market to give you tickets the best chance at selling!

You are welcome to share what you paid for your tickets or your desired resale, however, due to the ever-
changing market Ticketnology can not guarantee a set payout.

If you would like your tickets back, please email tickets@ticketnology.com. If they have not been sold, we will
transfer them back to you via the original point of purchase. If they have been sold, we are unable to retrieve
them.

Our team will be in contact with you during the process! Plus you have an account to log into to see if anything has sold at anytime. Most of the ticket sales we see for shows occur within 72 hours of the event.

Consigning with Ticketnology is a yearly subscription fee of $50. For every event, we will take 10% of the total
resale and you will receive the remainder. The first week after your event happens, you will receive an email with
your consignment amount. You then have a choice on if you would like to roll your balance, cash out, or use it to
buy tickets to other events. To cash out, simply fill out the payment form attached to your consignment
statement.

Please transfer your tickets via the original point of purchase (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, AXS, etc) to
tickets@ticketnology.com. If you have PDF tickets, please email the tickets to tickets@ticketnology.com. Our
Ticket Coordinator will send a confirmation email once we receive at the tickets@ticketnology.com email. If
you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact your Account Manager

By consigning unused tickets, companies can avoid wasting valuable resources. It allows them to recoup part or all of the cost of unclaimed tickets, turning potential losses into revenue. This also provides flexibility in managing corporate ticket assets more efficiently.

Working with a team who understands the ticket market is critical to maximizing pricing.

Absolutely! Selling thru friends and family is a great option and even listing tickets. A ticket partner is a great resource when you have alot of tickets, short time frame and or do not have the time to manage the whole process.

After the event, you will receive a statement with the final sale details. Then you have the option to select your payment type. Payment is processed at the end of the month.

Ticketnology’s consignment service is designed for all types of event tickets, including corporate season tickets, one-off event tickets, and tickets to entertainment or live events. If a ticket is going unused, it can likely be consigned through our platform.
