Tracking event cancellations has never been easier. With this update, you can now mark canceled events, ensuring reports remain precise and up to date. This enhancement helps you maintain accurate records and gain better insights into event performance.
Sometimes, when a show is announced, tickets aren’t immediately available for delivery. With this update, you can now mark an event with a ‘Delayed Delivery’ status, clearly informing requestors that tickets will be sent to them at a later time but reservations are still being accepted. This helps manage expectations and reduces confusion for event goers.
We’re introducing a new option within the event tab that allows you to list events while keeping them unavailable for reservations. This is useful for pre-announcing upcoming events without opening reservations prematurely, giving your audience visibility without the immediate pressure to book.
