We’ve just released a series of powerful updates across both Ticket Booth and Ticket Fund, all designed to make managing your team, events, funds, and reporting easier and more efficient than ever.

Here’s what’s new:

 💻 Help Tab: 

A brand-new Help Tab gives clients the ability to:

  • Upload training materials, instructions, and documents
  • Set visibility for managers, employees, or both
  • Add a dedicated support email and phone number
  • Include a custom “playbook” for team onboarding

✅ Approvals Tab: 

We’ve revamped the Approvals Tab to improve speed and clarity:

  • All ticket requests are grouped by event
  • Approvers can partially approve/deny requests with checkboxes
  • Color-coded request types for faster decisions
  • Displays available ticket quantities per event
  • Updated layout improves reporting accuracy.

📊 Reports Tab: 

  • Improved performance with new date range filters

  • Items in approved requests that are unchecked are now clearly shown as Denied

  • Clearer, faster-loading reports overall

📅 Events Tab: 

  • Optional event time field now visible on the Events Dashboard, Approvals Tab, Reports Tab, and Shared Link Dashboard
  • Updated views allow clients to toggle between current and past events, including canceled or completed ones, using a date filter
  • Each event now displays:
    • Original Quantity
    • Available Tickets
    • Listed Tickets

🔗 Shared Link Update:

  • Users can now update the expiration date of active shared links via a calendar picker
  • Status and expiration data refresh automatically for clarity
