Ticket Booth Continues to Change the Game with New Features

At Ticketnology, we always strive to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations and needs. We think we’ve hit a home run with some features we’ve added to Ticket Booth, our online ticket management system! Ticket Booth allows our clients to easily manage all their season ticket and live event tasks in one seamless web-based platform.

If you’re already using Ticket Booth, you know you can:

  • Quickly approve ticket requests, and assign and distribute tickets nationwide.
  • Accurately track usage to ensure tickets aren’t going to waste or being used inappropriately.
  • Effortlessly resell or donate unneeded tickets.
  • Manage RSVPs for distributed tickets to minimize last-minute cancellations.
  • Access real-time data on usage, compliance and investment returns.

Ticket Booth’s new address book feature: Track Attendee History

Instead of simply seeing your ticket requests, approvals and total number of tickets available, Ticket Booth’s new feature enhances the built-in Address Book. Now, users can monitor ticket usage and associated costs and analyze request frequency.

You’ll be able to determine at a glance how many requests individuals have made, how often they’ve attended events, and how recently. You can also see costs for the current year and the lifetime of the season tickets.

In the Event History section, you can see the event name, date and status (approved, used, etc.) and the number of tickets distributed.

Track employee ticket usage:

Suppose you want to reward employees with live event tickets, but you want to ensure fairness — share the “love” across departments, teams or individuals. Instead of trying to keep track of how often you distributed a ticket to an employee, you can easily track it in Ticket Booth’s Address Book.

See how many events individuals have attended:

Instead of trying to remember which client, prospect, or employee attended the events for which they received tickets, you can easily see this by looking at their profile in the Address Book. If you notice that certain individuals frequently don’t use their tickets, you can adjust accordingly and reward them to someone else if necessary — or follow up to find out why they didn’t use their tickets. Perhaps they aren’t fans of the sport, team or live performer.

Add notes in a new Notes section:

Using the example above, suppose you find out that the client you’ve been giving NBA tickets to isn’t a basketball fan, but they like baseball. You can add notes about individual preferences, plus add information such as how often someone is a no-show or cancels at the last minute.

These are just a few benefits of using Ticketnology’s Ticket Booth! Ready to Change The Game On Your Season Ticket? Learn how Ticket Booth can help you manage all your live event ticketing needs.
