TicketBooth Ace is the AI assistant in TicketBooth, Ticketnology’s ticket management platform for companies. TicketBooth users at our client companies can text Ace to check their company’s upcoming events and open seats, and to reserve seats for a guest.

How it works

• Text +1 (214) 429-4797 from the mobile number on your TicketBooth profile. If your profile doesn’t have your mobile number, ask your TicketBooth administrator to add it.
• Ace only replies to messages you send. We never text you first, and we don’t send marketing or promotional texts.
• Nothing is booked until you reply YES to a booking Ace has set up.
